This is final game of a 3 game home stint for the Cleveland Browns who are trying to crawl back into the playoff picture and have a great chance of doing this with the 2-8 Miami Dolphins making the trip to First Energy stadium
The Dolphins come off a loss to Buffalo last week and have major issues on both sides of the ball.
The Dolphins’ secondary has been such a mess with injuries that it is hard to tell who will play where:.
Cleveland will be without S Morgan Burnett for the rest of the season, and Juston Burris — who has been opportunistic — figures to start in his place. The rest of the secondary is in tact, but I am a bit concerned with how Greedy Williams has been playing. Cleveland’s cornerbacks have been getting caught with about two long pass interference penalties a week, penalties that could be mitigated if they just snap their head around sooner.
The Dolphins find themselves in a familiar spot this season, a double-digit underdog. It’s the seventh time they’re an underdog of 10 or more points, and the ‘under’ is 5-1 in those six games. And after a 2-1 ‘over’ start at FirstEnergy Stadium in the first three, the Browns have hit the ‘under’ in each of the past two.
