Two teams heading in absolutely different directions get it going from a mile high up on Thursday night. The Bruins had a ton of promise at the start of the year with Sophomore Phenom QB Jose Rosen and an offense that would be able to put up a ton of points. Well, Rosen is likely out for the season and the Bruins have lost three in a row and come off their bye, which couldn’t have been at a better time.

On the other side, Colorado who has been a doormat for the last several years gave Michigan all it could handle earlier this season and now finds themselves winners of two in a row at 6-2 on the year and in first place in the Pac 12 South. They also are ranked the highest they have been at #15 in a long time. They boast a very versatile and athletic QB in Sefo Liufau and defense that can give you loads of trouble.

I think Colorado wins this game in the end, but the Bruins coming off their bye and in essence playing for their season are going to keep this one close. Look for a lot of back and forth in the first half and for Colorado to have the advantage late in this game, but Jim Mora Jr. will have his guys ready for a battle as if they lose this one a bowl game is likely off the table.
