Well what could have been for Texas A&M as far as the College Football Playoffs are concerned; all went to hell as the upstart huge underdog Bulldogs stunned them last week. Bama on the other hand could have easily had their first loss as they were tested to the highest level this season by LSU. Both teams won, and both come in with sky-high confidence.

Now the question becomes can Bama stay focused and razor sharp for a noon kick over a team they should handle easily in the end, but knows they can play with the big boys? I think this being a Noon kickoff after Alabama having had so many late games this year, plays right into the Bulldogs hand. Mississippi State can score and score in bunches and has a defense that will keep them from getting blasted.

The Tide are the no-doubt the best team in the land, but on this Saturday they will let the Bulldogs hang around just long enough for the game to stay within the insane 29 points Bama is giving a team that just knocked Texas A&M out of the playoff. Shade the Bulldogs and thank me later, this game will be won by less than 20 points.
