What a series we have in store for us as the ALCS lifts off from C Town tonight! There is just something about these two teams that says whoever gets by this series will feel really great about their chance to win it all. Toronto completely Molly-Whopped the #1 seed Rangers and come in sky high against a team that came off rocking the Boston Red Sox, who were many people’s faves to win it all.
This has the feel like the kind of series that will be truly be back and forth with unbelievable swings and the team that can stay on course the most will be able to get out of it in the end and that team to me is Toronto and they will want to gain control with a huge road win in game one.
Indians starter Corey Kluber has had a hell of a year and definitely will be in the top there in the Cy Young vote, but Marco “Erik” Estrada is a true battler and this is a great spot for him on the road. Look for this game to have a lot of twists and turns, but for the Blue Jays bats to come out early and often and for Toronto to start the series off on a high note.
7.8 DTM Bagels and Locks on the Blue Jays (TOR +125)
