Call it the Tigers last stand, call it desperation time, whatever you call it, this weekend series between the two AL Central rivals is going to go a long way into determining the Tigers postseason fate and the Indians ability to wrap up the division early if they are able to sweep the series.

Rookie of the year candidate Michael Fulmer goes for the Tigers, and while he has had some up and down outings as of late, and the team has announced he will only have three more regular season starts, so this is his biggest of the year so far.

The Indians throw Cy Young candidate Corey Kluber, who has been a big reason Cleveland is inching closer to their first division title since 2007.

The Tigers know if they want to have any chance to make a late division title run they are likely going to have to sweep this series or at worst win two of three. Game one is where they will try to set the tone against a team that has owned them this year winning 11 of the 12 games.

I see Detroit as simply having too much value getting +143 in this spot and think this game is going to come down to the wire with some late Miguel Cabrera heroics being the difference.
