This should be a lot of fun from La La Land on Thursday night as two of the West’s best get it going from Staples Center. Both teams played and one last night so legs could be a factor and I like to shade the home team in these situations. The Clips haven’t been the same team without Chris Paul, but have still played some solid basketball and with the defending Western Conference champs coming to their building will have some extra motivation.
Look for this game to have a ton of ebbs and flows, but for LA to get off to a solid start and put pressure on the Warriors, who’s fatigue could be a factor late in this one. Even without Paul, I like the Clip Joint in this spot getting as many points as they are cause they are still scoring way over 100 points a game and I see this one coming down to a couple possession game late.
Look for Blake Griffin and Deandre Jordan to have a big impact in this one and for gasp….The Clips defense to slow the Warriors down just enough to give you tremendous value with the eight and a half points. This will be a good way to get some cash flow and whet your whistle as we head into Super Bowl weekend.
