OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER AT HOUSTON ROCKETS  

Wednesday, April 19th, 8PM

Well game one needs to be a throw away for OKC if they want to have any chance in this series as they hung with the Rockets for the first two quarters , but then got blasted out of the building like a space ship in Space City in the second half. James Harden was once again a revelation and Russell Westbrook had an awful shooting night as did many of the other Thunder hoopers.

I don’t see that happening two games in a row for OKC as this is where they need to try to get back in the series and this could be vintage Westbrook time in a must-win type of game. The Thunder , who normally don’t take a ton of three’s , took way too many in game one and that was part of their undoing. Look for them to have more focused offense in this one and focus on their strength, which is their inside outside game and hanging on to the ball.

Houston used a combination of hard nosed defense and great play in the post to really dominate the second half of game one and if that happens again the Thunder will be in a world of trouble. Look for OKC to start this one off like they did in game one and be in it into the second half , but unlike game one RW will be on fire and keep his team close and give them a solid shot to win this one outright. This should be a heck of a time in H Town on Wednesdaynight if your an NBA fan.
