Jim Harbaugh is an enigma; this guy is an international man of coaching mystery and following his career is interesting to say the least.  He makes the game fun and he mixes is up, but in the end, is he effective? Can and will he see glory in Michigan is the question for “Blue” fans? With the exception of last season; he wins games. Nobody can take that away from him. What can be called into question is his play calling ability and his overall decision making along with his recruiting ability. The name “Harbaugh” is a big one in football but let’s be honest, it’s nowhere near the name of a Saban, Meyer or even Dabo! Harbaugh will never have the recruiting power of an Alabama or an Ohio State. The same goes in college basketball, the big names such as Coach K and Tom Izzo, they get the blue chip players. It is what it is, and it will never change.
