Stakes Day Fonner Park Wednesday April 29th.

We have 9 races going today at Fonner Park high lighted with race # 8 FOR THREE YEAR OLDS AND UPWARD. PURSE $50,000. where the rail horse Taruca is an early scratch 2 hours prior to post time.

A total of 9 horse will no go post ward with post time set of 8:20 pm for the feature event. The post time favorite is #9 Pendleton who comes off a 2nd place finish back on Feb 9 in the Sundland Park stakes event.
Pendleton won 8 of 15 starts in 2019 finishing in the top 3 in 11 of those 15 starts. In 2020 this will be his 2nd start of the 2020 campaign.

Competition will come in the form of #6 Fight On who comes in off a disappointing 9th place result in the $150,000 Oaklawn Mile.
