THE 2020 BREEDERS CUP 2 DAY – 14 RACE

It’s time for the 2020 version of the Breeders Cup. Over a 2 day period we get a chance to witness the best of the best in thoroughbred racing compete in 14 races over a 2 day period to crown the Champions in our sport.

On Breeders Cup day I have always said never shy away from a horse you like especially if the odds you see are 15-1,25-1 or even 50-1.

If you take any horse in any of these races and you put them against 10 other horses they would more than likely be the morning favorite in that race.

Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint
UBETTABELIEVEIT (20-1)- Didn’t beat a whole lot back on Sept 11th in the Group II Flying Childers Stakes. He should lover the hard surface this weekend and the price says give me a shot.

Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf
GO ATHLETICO (12-1)-He’s never finished worse than second and never lost a race by more than a length in five starts.
He was 2nd Oct. 10 Group II turf event in France and prior to that was a winner over Sealiway in a Group III event

TVG Breeders’ Cup Juvenile
ROMBAUER (15-1)
Took the runner up spot in the Grade 1 American Pharoah Stakes Sept. 26 at Santa Anita.He will need his best today if he’s going to light the board at (15-1) or greater.

SATURDAY

Big A$$ Fans Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile
Art Collector (6-1)- He took it on the chin in the Preakness Stakes losing by over 10 lengths but I would not be surprised if he bonuces back with a huge effort this afternoon and socre a mild upset. Right now you’re getting (6-1) if we get higher at post time consider it a blessing.

Breeders’ Cup Sprint
COLLUSION ILLUSION (20-1)- I believe he is fast enough to make it to the front and play catch me if you can.
Speed figures of 115 plus he is a fresh horse with limited starts and this makes him a play at long odds in my book.

Breeders Cup Classic
Maximum Security (7-2)
He’s not much of a longshot selection and does draw post 10.
He’s going to be part of the pace and it’s going to take a little extra to keep him out of the winners circle today.
