Upsets & Sleepers? There are always a few

2 min read

We know odds makers are all over the 34-0 Wildcats to with the Big Dance but every year a few sleepers and outsets pop up that have oddsmakers scratching their heads.

In 2015 there is no exception to the above statement the only problem being who will the team or teams be and how can we find those to help us with our brackets.

The first round has concluded and as we bounce the call into round # 2 we can’t help but look at Texas over Butler as one of those possible upset games.

Americasbookie has the current line set at #11 seed Texas as a (-2) favorite over the #6 ranked Butler.. Keep in mind you can open up your betting account in less than 5 minutes with one simple call or by going to www.americasbookie.com

You may look at this match up and wonder why an #11 seed when Butler had a great 12-16 record in the big east and pulled off shocking wins over North Carolina and Georgetown?

Just over to Texas who was ranked in the top ten coaches polls prior to the season beginning and won 14 of their first 15 games and that first loss came at the hands of the undefeated Kentucky Wildcats.

Since losing to Kentucky the steam was taken out of Texas and the downward spiral began and they we 4-11 in the next 15 played.

Now your sitting there wonder where and why would we take an 11 ranked team who struggled down the stretch? Grab your pen and follow along as numbers don’t lie, well at least we hope history will repeat itself.
